Train smarter. Get race ready. Beat your last best.  HYROX is a standardised functional fitness race combining 8 × 1 km runs with 8 functional stations — the same across every event level. Its fitness made competitive and personal.  

 

Whether you want your first HYROX finish, a new PB, or confidence in every station —I’ll coach you to perform at your best.

What Is HYROX?

HYROX is a global indoor fitness competition —

  • 8 × 1 km runs

  • 8 functional stations (sleds, carries, wall balls, ergs, lunges, etc.)
    Each run is followed by a functional station, alternating for the full event. 

Most people under-prepare for the specific demands of HYROX — especially pacing, strength endurance, and station transitions. My coaching makes sure you’re ready for every metre and rep.

HYROX is about you vs you — not just racing others. It proves your body and mind can go further than you thought.

HYROX race formats by weights, distances and divisions for the 2025 / 2026 Season (Season started August 2025 and will end in late spring 2026)

I became a HYROX Affiliated Trainer because HYROX reflects what fitness should be: inclusive, measurable, and empowering — for EVERY BODY. 

I’m not the fastest runner, I’m not the strongest lifter — but I know how to prepare, how to break down technical stations, and how to build resilience and confidence.
My motto has always been:

LIVE FIT & FEEL FABULOUS — and HYROX lets us do that intentionally.
