1-2-1  PERSONAL TRAINING

 

  • Enjoy 1-on-1 training with flexible session booking to suit your schedule, typically 1 to 3 times per week.

  • 60 minute sessions at times to suit you

  • Each plan is created and tailored to your goals and regularly updated to keep you on track.

  • 24/7 support is provided through my training app, offering guidance, nutritional advice, and regular check-ins, so you have expert support at any time.

​2-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING 

  • Experience the benefits of personalised training at a lower cost by sharing sessions with a friend or family member who shares similar goals.

  • Train together sometimes taking turns and sometimes doing the same thing at the same time based on your personal workout plans.

  • The support provided will be tailored to each of you, ensuring a unique and individualised experience.

​HYBRID ONLINE COACHING​ 

  • Hybrid Coaching combines solo training with limited 1-2-1 coaching and support, while also providing direct guidance through videos, chat and online support via my training app and WhatsApp.

  • This flexible option offers personalized assistance and keeps you on track.​

  • Monitoring and form checks carried out via video and WhatsApp calls between sessions

  • This is a great option if you already have some strong gym experience but need training and program support and accountability

BOXING BASICS

(6 sessions per month only)

 

  • 30 Minute Glove and Padwork Sessions - full body workout 

  • Learn the basic punches and techniques in a safe environment

  • Great for Cardio Fitness and more interesting than the treadmill

  • Build your punching and pad skills over time

  • Regular Feedback and support 

OFF PEAK PERSONAL TRAINING (limited availability)

(8 sessions per month only)

 

  • Train during the quiet times.  These sessions have limited availability hours and are 1-2-1 only.

  • These sessions are available at fixed times and must be booked within specific hours*.

  • Off-Peak pricing is lower due to the limited hours.  Ideal for those who can train early morning or mid afternoon​

  • Cost saver for those who don't need peak time availability (90% of sessions must be booked during the agreed off peak hours)

  • I don’t offer formal meal plans, BUT I provide advice and tips to help you enjoy the foods you love while aligning them with your fitness goals.

  • Rather than short-term diets, I focus on creating sustainable, enjoyable eating habits to fit around your life.

  • I also offer a selection of healthy recipes to support your journey.

CLASSES

Join me for FitBox every TUESDAY from

7pm till 8pm!

 

My classes blend fun and effective workouts, featuring pad and glove exercises along with energetic fitness activities. Enjoy our boxing-themed playlist, updated regularly.

All classes are free and can be booked via The Gym Group App. FitBox is perfect for everyone, from beginners to seasoned exercisers.

MOBILITY & MOVEMENT

With experience of a high hip, and hyper-flexible joints, I understand that people have unique movement patterns.  They may not even know this. I specialize in adapting exercises to prevent pain & injury by aligning them with your body’s specific needs.

 

Whether you have mobility issues, dyspraxia, a high hip or indeed are perfectly ok, I focus on creating safe and effective training plans tailored to how your body works.
